Brendan and Jennifer decided why not. Jennifer has a peanut allergy and is always being "that person", asking all those questions at every place she goes to eat. One day she said "Why cant there be a place that serves great finger foods that is safe for those who cant eat dairy, eggs, and peanuts" Brendan said "Why not!" and Betty Lou's became an idea, the idea grew wheels and a charcoal BBQ and voila we were on the road.
